Sales Associate (m/f/d) A new chapter for the House of Dior is beginning in Düsseldorf, and we are looking for a Sales Associate with passion and drive to join the team. Christian Dior once said: “Whatever you do – for work or pleasure – do it with passion! Live with passion!”. That spirit is what we’re looking for as we open our renovated boutique: someone who is not only looking for a job in retail but wants to help shape what the Maison stands for in this city. As a Sales Associate, you won’t be joining an established routine. You’ll be part of building an excellent client experience from the ground up, backed by training, savoir-faire and support of one of the world’s most iconic luxury houses. You’ll become the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior to every client who walks through our doors: creating moments that feel personal, exclusive and memorable.

MISSIONS

• Drive individual Sales Goals and KPIs, with real ownership
• Bring a positive, results-driven energy to everything you do
• Ensure a warm, welcoming experience for every client: offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and online
• Build your own client book, locally and internationally, and grow lasting relationships with top clients
• Engage clients through storytelling and deep product expertise
• Partner with management to properly solve challenges creatively, always with client’s and the business’s experience in mind

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality
• A genuine passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison, and a strong drive for business results
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset
• A natural ability to build trust and lasting relationships through strong communication
• A talent for outstanding customer service across every channel: in person, phone and online
• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Digital Fluency: you’re comfortable using smartphone apps and platforms
• Fluency in German and English; another language on top is a plus
