Club Associate in Operations (40hs/week)
As a Club Associate , you are a direct contributor to the successful day-to-day operation and growth of the club. You combine operational excellence with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for padel. You actively contribute to delivering an outstanding member experience while helping drive performance, sales, and community engagement in line with 4PADEL standards.
This role is ideal for ambitious early-career professionals who want to grow within a fast-scaling sports business environment.
Tasks
Key responsibilities
- Contribute actively to achieving the club’s goals and performance targets.
- Promote and support club sales in line with 4PADEL operational standards.
- Execute daily operations according to 4PADEL routines, guidelines, and concepts.
- Coordinate and support trainings, events, and tournaments to exceed player expectations.
- Monitor competitors and local market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve utilization, add-on sales, and community engagement.
- Actively contribute to local marketing initiatives and member retention strategies.
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and fully functional, including all support areas and materials (e.g., lockers, bathrooms, equipment).
- Implement central 4PADEL initiatives and ensure consistent execution of concept and routine standards.
- Handle merchandise accurately, professionally, and on time (receiving, storage, display, and sales).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, security procedures, and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities aligned with the Club Manager
- Support club goals by delivering agreed actions and initiatives.
- Follow up on targets and short-term goals (e.g., costs, court utilization, add-on sales).
- Support B2B and B2C events and activities together with the team.
- Support structured training academies in collaboration with coaches.
Requirements
Your profile
- Strong passion for padel – playing experience required.
- Coaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- First professional experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
- Fluent in German and confident in English.
