Job Title: Commercial and Contract Manager

Job Location: Dusseldorf or Munich

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial/legal/delivery risks in pre-sales and execution phase

• Design commercial solutions and drafting sales contracts

• Respond to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial documents

• Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts

• Identifies potential improvements to existing contract

• Risk/Penalty Management during project fulfillment/execution

• Ensure the highest level of sales contract quality in particular to compliancy to contractual obligations/internal requirements and laws and regulations

• Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial/contractual models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, international trade, or law

• Experience of working with world leading energy business will be very desirable

• Five years or more experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer

• Project fulfillment risk management background

• Good contract and business letter drafting skill

• Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage

• Excellent English and German skills in written and spoken.
