As a Sales & Marketing Associate , you will be at the center of day-to-day execution, supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with coordination and administrative tasks (payments, logistics, stock, bookings) and ensuring processes run smoothly and on time. Working closely with both functions across multiple CEE markets, you will quickly build a strong understanding of partner support, campaign execution, budgeting fundamentals, and operational priorities. This role can serve as a development platform for future career progression into Sales Management, Marketing Management or broader commercial roles.

Your mission

• Support regional reporting by collecting inputs from markets (e.g., stock reports, event recaps, partner needs, shipment confirmations)
• Process and track payments related to Sales and Marketing activities
• Support the booking of venues and hotels for meetings, trainings, and events
• Support test unit shipments and coordinate shipments for media partners (tracking, basic customs documentation support, delivery confirmation)
• Manage demo and marketing stock: inventory tracking, allocation, movements between offices and markets, and reconciliation
• Help coordinate campaign materials (POS, brochures, product sheets): requesting, storing, shipping, and tracking usage.

Your profile

• First experience in an administrative, operations, sales support or marketing support role
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude; you enjoy keeping things structured and moving
• Comfort working with numbers and documents (invoices, payment tracking, inventory lists)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across countries
• Fluent English ; additional CEE languages are a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office ; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
