Requirements
- Fluency in German (both verbal and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and readiness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
