Internship New Business - Strategy & Project Management

What you´ll do

• Shape and refine New Business strategies, translating market trends, customer insights, and technology developments into actionable focus areas
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to derive insights for strategic focus areas and opportunity spaces
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, fostering alignment and collaboration
• Support the preparation of top-management presentations and workshops
• Bring in your creative ideas, analyze data and prepare decision papers
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces to our business units

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is currently enrolled in the final stages of studies in business administration, engineering, innovation, or a related field, with a strong academic track record
• First experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business development is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
• Interest in innovation, digital business models, and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex topics
• Reliable Teamplayer with a proactive and hands-on mindset, eager to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting September 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
