Our client, a leading global ICT provider,is recruiting for a RF RNO & RNP Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• RF Site Planning: Utilize advanced simulation tools to plan and design wireless networks, including site selection, layout design, and ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.
  

• Ensure that network designs meet regulatory standards and service provider requirements.
  

• Network Optimization: Monitor and analyze network performance across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Conduct drive test log analysis, identify areas for performance improvement, and implement optimization strategies, including parameter adjustments and feature enhancements.
  

• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues within the RF network. Provide detailed problem-solving and implement corrective actions to maintain network integrity and performance.
  

• System and Network Analysis: Conduct comprehensive system and network analysis, including traffic performance monitoring and infrastructure planning. Utilize data to troubleshoot issues and ensure network efficiency.
  

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology.
  

• Over 3 years of work experience in a related field.
  

• Strong understanding of computing systems such as office software, Windows operating system, and programming languages like C++/VBA/Python.
  

• General knowledge of the Telecom or Electronics industry.
  

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level discussions with industry organizations.
  

• Proficiency in both German and English.
