Smart PV Technical Support Engineer

Job Location:

Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properly.

• Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service, instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery.

• Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei, such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.

• Service Strategy：Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the service strategies in specific countries.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution;

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits;

• Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics and mechanical drawings;

• nderstand the after-sales service process.

• Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability;

• Have good analysis, summarization, and planning capabilities,

• Ability to configure and repair communication hardware and software;

• Excellent English (negotiation level);

• Education: high school or above. electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred
