Job Title: Project Finance Controller
Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Project Financial Management: Support the financial management lifecycle of various projects, including the development of project budgets, ongoing financial forecasting, and regular performance analysis against established targets.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, sales, procurement, and delivery teams to monitor project financial health, identify variances, and support decision-making that aligns with financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all project financial activities adhere to company financial management policies and internal control regulations. Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting within project controlling, contributing to greater efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or project finance, preferably within a project-oriented business.
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, including those located remotely across Germany (with occasional business travel).
A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on delivering accurate and timely financial information.
Fluent in English and German is highly preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
