Real Estate Portfolio Manager (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Lead and execute end-to-end real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and divestments
• Oversee legal and regulatory aspects, such as reviewing and managing leasehold agreements, easements, land registry matters and cadastral changes, handling tax-related topics including real estate transfer tax
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Purchasing, Legal, Finance) and external partners (brokers, law firms, notaries and public authorities) to facilitate smooth communication and execution across all parties involved
• Analyse market data, key financial metrics, and the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to support strategic decision-making
• Provide regular updates to senior management on transaction progress and milestones
• Define negotiation strategies and participate in securing favorable terms
• Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in studies of real estate, legal, business administration, or related fields with a focus on real estate transaction management
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of property-related legal matters (e.g. registrations, easements, cadastral changes), German property law as well as property evaluation and transaction processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills paired with a strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in German (native or equivalent) and strong proficiency in English
