General Procurement Manager

Dusseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand the industry insights and resources of the categories, identify opportunities and risks, and get involved in categories whose business model changes early.
• Align with the HQ industry management department to understand the latest requirements for categories and supplier resource sharing, properly utilize supplier resources, and quickly respond to requirements.
• Participate in key projects from rep offices, guide key project strategy development and target achievement, manage project risks, and coordinate and allocate key resources in project operations.
• Pre-review PMC topic materials, convene PMC meetings, and organize and take minutes to monitor and improve the operation quality of PMCs and JRTs in each country.
• Internal control management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally with the General procurement sector.
• Understand business knowledge and processes of related domains such as procurement, MKT related.
• Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customers.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent English mandatory. German or Chinese are preferred.
