To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a Intern Korean Desk & General Affairs Support (m/f/d) About us MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe. Your profile - Fluent in Korean; proficient in English and German. - Strong communication skills and a proactive, responsible work attitude. - Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks accurately. - Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Interest in General Affairs or employee-support roles is preferred. - International or multicultural work experience is a plus. Your tasks Korean Desk (Expat & Employee Support)

• Support Korean expats and employees with daily life, administrative matters, and workplace onboarding.
• Assist with settlement processes for new arrivals (housing, registration, banking, insurance, etc.).
• Facilitate communication with internal departments and external service providers.
• Respond to inquiries from Korean staff and provide guidance on internal procedures.

General Affairs (GA) Support

• Assist in office operations, facility coordination, and workplace environment management.
• Support procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with budgeting, documentation, and contract-related administrative tasks.
• Support internal and external communication, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
