Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Global Regulatory Notification and Control (m/f/d)
Location: Wesel near Düsseldorf

Responsibilities

Exciting opportunities await you – as Regulatory Affairs Specialist in the field of global regulatory notification and control, you will coordinate regulatory activities worldwide and secure regulatory information to ensure the compliance of new products with all relevant legislation. This includes:

• Informing and advising R&D project leads and end-use managers about the global regulatory marketability status of products
• Coordinating and submitting Poison Center Notifications (PCN) by the automated system-to-system service (S2S)
• Ensuring correct transfer of customs and export control data to the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) system
• Identifying and following up on reporting and notification obligations under global export control legislation such as the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation
• Improving, implementing and maintaining regulatory notification processes
• Enhancing global substance volume tracking and notification checks
• Answering customer requests about unique formula identifiers, PCN and export control relating to our products

Requirements

With this profile, you convince us – if you bring a degree in natural sciences, e.g. chemistry (MSc preferred), a track record in global chemical notifications and experience with S2S PCN as well as excellent communication and (re)presentation abilities, analytical prowess, the capability of proposing solutions to complex topics and dexterity in handling multiple responsibilities, we warmly invite you to apply. • Several years’ experience in SAP, Accolade advantageous
• Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Self-starter with hands-on mentality
