Join the Innovation Strategy and Project Management Team at Henkel Adhesive Technologies and directly influence our approach to groundbreaking ideas.

What you´ll do

• Collaborate on strategic business projects with our dynamic team, experiencing a rapid learning curve and fostering personal growth.
• Take ownership of diverse projects, from technical networks and culture initiatives to scientific events and new business opportunities, embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, driving results and making a tangible difference within our organization
• Conduct impactful research, optimize project tracking, and refine our tools, always pursuing excellence
• Play a key role in preparing and executing high-level management meetings, expanding your network by working alongside diverse regional and global teams within
• Respond to dynamic, ad-hoc requests from top management, gaining unique insights and showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills

What makes you a good fit

• You are a student, who has successfully passed first semesters in business and optimally also technical-related studies, e. g. International Management, Economics, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Organizational Psychology or similar
• You have already gained some practical experience in project management, consultancy or communication via former internships
• We communicate in English, so fluent English language skills are a prerequisite
• You have a firm knowledge in MS office applications, especially very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• You like to act with an entrepreneurial mindset and have a strong hands-on-mentality
• You are highly-motivated reliable and passionate about your topics, as well as work in a cooperative and responsible way while holding yourself accountable for your results
• If you are available from September 2026 for six months to start a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, we would be happy to get to know you

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
