Hands-on mentality: From day one, you apply your expertise in systems and management consulting to successfully drive change processes. Clarity and direction: You specify the impacts of change and derive strategies for organizational and cultural projects. Impact: You support leaders and the organization in implementing effective change initiatives. Based on our comprehensive end-to-end service offering, you guide a project from start to finish. Visibility: You design change management initiatives and facilitate interventions, such as large-scale events and workshops with management teams. Growth: Through your projects, you gain insight into BASF's diverse business areas and build a network at the management level. We help you expand your competencies and support your personal development.WHAT YOU OFFERrequired: At least 2 years of professional experience in change management, management consulting, or strategic organizational and management development proven experience in designing, executing, and implementing change initiatives degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or Social Sciences excellent German and English language skills strategic and forward-thinking mindset, as well as an interest in working in an international team ability to shift perspectives and view situations from different angles international work experience is an advantageWHAT WE OFFERAttractive location: Your work location is in Monheim (near Düsseldorf), the administrative headquarters of BASF Personal Care & Nutrition GmbH.
