We are looking for a Group Quality Expert .

In this role, you will support the continuous development of our quality and compliance processes within the Nayak Group. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by managing foreign approvals, monitoring official sources for relevant updates, and implementing necessary corrective actions. In addition, you will support internal and external audits, maintain and improve documentation and forms, and contribute to internal publications.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with initial experience in quality management (compliance and/or safety) in aviation who wish to further develop their career in a dynamic, international aviation company. With appropriate development, the long-term goal is to prepare the candidate for a post-holding position.

Location: Hybrid - Candidate can be based in our offices in Italy (Milan, Malpensa), Spain (Barcelona), Germany (Dusseldorf)

or Netherlands (Amsterdam).

Key Responsibilities

As a Group Quality Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the timely acquisition and maintenance of required foreign approvals and ensuring proper documentation
• Monitoring official sources for regulatory changes and supporting the implementation of relevant adaptations
• Preparing safety reports and supporting the implementation of corrective actions
• Monitoring and controlling related procedures and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Compiling basic statistics and supporting the analysis of quality data
• Contributing to the harmonization of quality standards across different Nayak Group locations
• Supporting the Quality Management (QM) department in conducting internal and external audits
• Maintaining and continuously improving quality documentation and forms
• Editorial contribution to the Nayak Information Letter and, if applicable, other internal publications
• Communicating with international authorities to ensure Nayak’s compliance with their requirements
• Preparing and distributing regulatory information to internal stakeholders
• Documenting and tracking occurrences and audit findings
  

Required Qualifications and Skills

• General university entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• Aviation-specific training or further education in the areas of compliance, safety management, auditing, or related fields, e.g. Part-145 or CAMO
• Initial professional experience in the quality environment of an aviation company or aviation authority, preferably with Part-145 or CAMO operations
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365, including PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the IT systems AMOS, MINT, and IQSMS is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
