Your Mission:
Review and process requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
Ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines.
Work efficiently within set turnaround times and maintain high-quality standards.
No direct interaction with users a back-office position only!

Who Are We Looking For?
Fluent German speakers (C1) with English (B2) .
EU nationality or Portuguese residence card (valid work permit).
High school diploma or equivalent.
No previous experience needed just motivation and a willingness to learn!
