Your responsibilities

• Windows & Visual Merchandising Support
  • Assist in updating files and overviews
  • Help prepare VM samples for mannequin dressing and internal reviews
  • Support ad hoc VM requests (e.g., lobby or internal display looks)
• Campaign Preparation
  • Help maintain the Campaign Book PowerPoint by adding style details and product information
• Sample Coordination
  • Assist with receiving, tracking, and organizing samples
  • Support sample logistics, pickup/shipping, and retrieving/returning samples
  • Assist in preparing handovers for marketing teams

What you bring

• Currently studying or recently graduated from fashion, business, marketing, communication, visual merchandising, or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Confident with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, basic Excel skills)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
