Internship Business Development Management - Assembly Automation

What you´ll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and actively support strategic business development activities across our portfolio and geographies
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of business development strategies, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones in cross-functional projects
• Capture and analyze customer insights and best practices to support data-driven decision-making and ensure knowledge sharing across global teams
• Take ownership of diverse tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, gaining hands-on experience in scaling core business and innovative business models

What makes you a good fit

• Student in business, engineering or related field, having passed the first few semesters
• Relevant practical or international experience, such as previous internships or semester abroad, preferably experience in business development, strategy or market research
• Fluent in English language, proficiency in German is a plus
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills together with conceptual and strategic thinking
• Proactive and collaborative team-player with creative, independent, and agile working style
• Availability as of April 2026, full time, duration six months
