Interpath launched its German business in January 2025 and continues to build a strong presence across the DACH region. This role offers the opportunity to play a key delivery and leadership role within our growing AI & Technology Value Creation capability.

The Role

As a Manager – AI & Technology Value Creation , you will play a key role in delivering
AI-, digital-, and technology-focused engagements for Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies. Working closely with Directors and Managing Directors, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day delivery, structuring analyses, and translating AI and technology topics into clear business insights.

This role combines hands-on analytical work with increasing responsibility for client interaction and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI, digital, and technology analyses across transaction and value creation engagements
• Support AI and technology due diligence , including assessment of data assets, AI use cases, scalability, and execution risks
• Develop AI-enabled value creation initiatives , including automation opportunities, AI product concepts, and efficiency levers
• Build AI and digital roadmaps and supporting business cases linked to growth and EBITDA impact
• Support portfolio companies during execution of AI and digital initiatives , including progress tracking and benefits realisation
• Prepare client materials and present findings to investors and management teams
• Coordinate and guide analysts and consultants on project workstreams
• Support proposal development, market research, and internal capability building

Requirements

• Experience in a leading advisory firm, strategy consultancy, Big 4, or technology-focused environment
• Proven exposure to AI, data, digital, or technology-driven projects , ideally in transaction or transformation contexts
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, data platforms, and digital business models , with the ability to link analysis to commercial outcomes
• Experience supporting Private Equity or PE-backed portfolio companies is an advantage
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Fluent business-level German and English
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
