Shop-in-Shop Coördinator Düsseldorf

Do you have a passion for beauty, lifestyle and sustainability and want to work with an inspiring brand? As Shop-in-Shop Coördinator, you will be the face of lifestyle brands such as Marie-Stella-Maris and ensure that customers have an unforgettable shopping experience. You will work with high-quality care products, home fragrances and stylish lifestyle items. Your expertise in customer experience and product advice will make customers feel special and leave the shop with a smile.

In this role, you will welcome and advise customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner and help them find products that suit their personal preferences and lifestyle. You will tell the story behind the brands, let customers experience the products and create a warm, inspiring shopping experience in which service, storytelling and commercial results are central. In addition, you will act as an ambassador for the brand in the region and actively seek partnerships with premium hotels, restaurants and shops to further promote the brand in Germany. You have commercial drive, an eye for service and the ambition to firmly position the brands on the German market from various work locations, such as Galeria Frankfurt.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of commercial work experience, preferably in beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail
• Experience in building or managing a shop-in-shop or brand concept
• Experience with planning and inventory systems and reporting sales results
  
• Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial and creative in creating opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and provide expert advice to customer
• A passion for sustainability and storytelling
