Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for daily international logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and order delivery coordination and execution.

2.Based on business and sales order requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external logistics resources to ensure the smooth execution of inbound, outbound, inventory, and order delivery operations.

3.Coordinate and manage third-party logistics service providers, including warehouses, carriers, and other logistics partners, and continuously improve logistics service quality and operational efficiency.

4.Follow up on and handle daily logistics exceptions and operational issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.

5.Review and manage logistics-related costs, including warehousing, transportation, and other operational expenses, and work with the Finance team on cost verification, reconciliation, and settlement.

6.Operate SAP, CRM, and other relevant systems, maintain logistics data, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of inventory, shipment, and delivery-related information.

7.Participate in the development and continuous improvement of international logistics processes, operating procedures, and related system workflows.

8.Support international transportation coordination and other logistics-related projects based on business needs.

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历，国际经济与贸易、英语或商务英语专业优先；

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in International Economics and Trade, English, or Business English;

2.中文母语、良好的英语口语能力，能与客户进行日常的商务对话，擅于使用英文邮件开展工作；

Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese with good verbal English skills, capable of conducting daily business conversations with clients, and proficient in using English emails for work;

3.熟悉国际贸易流程及相关国际贸易术语，丰富的海、陆、空、铁进出口物流操作经验；

Familiar with international trade processes and related international trade terms, with extensive experience in sea, land, air, and rail import/export logistics operations;

4.熟悉危险品管理及运输，有欧美大型国际项目物流经验优先；

Familiar with hazardous materials management and transportation, with preference given to candidates with experience in large international logistics projects in Europe and the United States;

5.较强的团队合作意识和跨部门沟通能力，抗压能力强。

Strong team cooperation awareness and cross-department communication skills, with a high ability to work under pressure.

6.具备2C订单履约经验、3PL管理经验。
