JUNIOR CONTROLLER
We are looking for you with ...

... a big affinity for data analysis and reporting as well as experiencing joy of working with various stakeholders and excitement for the beauty industry.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• To support the day-to-day business in Controlling.
• Be a strong sparring partner for Controlling manager controlling team internal departments and work closely with the European Headquarters.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision making.
• Data visualization in the form of reports and dashboards for various stakeholders at management level (e.g. reporting / key figures planning / forecasting)
• Analyze and interpret financial data providing insight to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget Preparing files and several detail reports on Budget.
• Comprehensive coordination with areas involved in the closing process.
• Prepare daily weekly monthly financial and sales reports as well as ad hoc reports.

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling.

• Proven experience in the area of controlling and reporting ideally in the retail business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience and an understanding of data flows and closing processes.
• An experienced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and power BI. Expereince with other relevant tools will be a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English skills in German would be a plus.
