About your role

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting business of Infosys, is looking to hire an Associate Partner with Power and Utilities industry experience in Germany.

The successful candidate will play a defining role within our expanding footprint in Utilities industry segment, focus on developing new business opportunities, shape solutions for clients and to deliver strategic programs.

You will be ambitious, entrepreneurial and inspired by execution excellence. Able to work within a multifunctional and international environment, you will have a passion for technology and an understanding of how it is transforming our clients’ business.

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English to a minimum level of C1 proficiency, project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• Will have experience and exposure to established and emerging technologies (such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud4Utilities, Microsoft Industry Solutions, Salesforce, Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI) relevant to the industry.
• Have successful business development history including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle
• Will work with European Utilities Industry team to develop, shape, sell and deliver client advisory and technology enabled transformation engagements, with experience working in an onshore/offshore environment.
