PR & Partnership Manager DACH (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As PR & Partnership Manager DACH, you will play a key role in shaping CAIA’s presence and continued growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together with the Country Manager DACH, you will set the strategic direction for PR, partnerships, influencer marketing and events in the region, translating global brand objectives into locally relevant, high-impact initiatives.

This is a senior, hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibility. You will lead the DACH PR & Partnership team, drive key market projects and build strong, long-term relationships with press, influencers, creators, makeup artists, entertainers and other relevant partners.

With a strong understanding of the DACH beauty and media landscape, you will identify new opportunities to strengthen CAIA’s brand awareness, credibility and commercial performance while ensuring that every initiative feels distinctly CAIA. This is a fully remote role, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Germany, combined with frequent travel across the DACH region to meet partners, attend events and support the team on the ground.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Developing and executing the PR & Partnership strategy for the DACH market, in close collaboration with the Country Manager DACH and the global PR & Partnership team.

• Leading and developing the DACH PR & Partnership team – setting priorities and goals, delegating responsibilities and providing regular feedback and coaching.

• Identifying and leading high-impact partnerships, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, UGC activities, events and brand activations, and working hands-on with the team to hit monthly targets.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with press, influencers, creators, makeup artists, entertainers and other relevant partners across the region.

• Owning CAIA’s DACH awards strategy – identifying opportunities and securing nominations and wins that strengthen the brand’s credibility.

• M anaging multiple complex projects from idea to execution, delivered on time, within budget and with measurable impact.

• Owning and reporting on the DACH PR & Partnership budget, with a strong focus on commercial impact and ROI.

• Monitoring trends and market developments, and sharing local insights that feed into CAIA’s global PR & Partnership strategy.

• Collaborating closely with Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Performance Marketing and Commercial to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Several years of senior experience in PR, partnerships or influencer marketing within the DACH market, including experience leading and developing a team.

• Professional proficiency in German and fluency in written and spoken English.

• A well-established network within the DACH press, influencer, beauty or lifestyle landscape.

• A strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into measurable business results.

• Excellent project management, negotiation and budget/contract experience.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the DACH region.

IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience within the beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods industry.

• Experience working in an international, fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization.

• A strong understanding of social media, creator-led marketing and the evolving DACH media landscape.
