Optical Master Technician (d/w/m)

We are looking for a passionate Optician Master (m/w/d) to join our retail team. In this position you will combine your expertise in eye care with the latest technology, provide top‑class advice to customers, and help shape the future of optical retail in your city.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal training sessions on optical topics and work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Advise customers and support colleagues on all eye‑care related matters.
• Perform refractions and ensure that the team follows standardised procedures.
• Oversee the technical equipment of the store and support store management with your specialist knowledge.

What We Expect

• Completed training as an Optician Master (m/w/d) .
• Solid experience in refraction and/or contact‑lens fitting.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude that inspires customers.
• Team‑player mindset with a focus on achieving shared business goals.
