We are looking for a passionate team member, who will be able to join the team full time for a **6-months internship**, handling following tasks: * Assist in all phases of project planning and development, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of project milestones * Contribute to various project tasks, including quality management, digitalization initiatives, and project delivery support * Actively participate in the review and management of project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines * Identify opportunities for process optimization and address any bottlenecks or challenges to maintain project efficiency * Support documentation processes, including review, organization, and transfer of project-related materials * Provide organizational assistance to the project team, helping to ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial- or Electrical Engineering as well as other domain-related disciplines * Experience in project management preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture * Team player attitude with willingness to grow and learn **Language requirements:** * Fluency in English and German (C1-C2) mandatory **Important:** To be considered for this role, applicants must be eligible to work and live in the job location. **Privacy Statement:** We are committed to protecting your privacy by following the applicable data protection legislation.
