Junior Solution Manager for Solar BESS (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location:

Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

As a Junior Solution Manager in our Smart PV Business, you will join the Digital Power Business Group and contribute to delivering innovative digital and power electronics solutions that accelerate the transition toward a smarter, greener energy future. In this role you will handle following tasks:

• Support the evaluation of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for different application scenarios such as utility-scale projects

• Assist with technical solution design by analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical assessments and supporting project development activities

• Support customer and partner engagement by preparing technical presentations and documentation, and participating in technical discussions

• Engage closely with customers to understand their requirements and technical challenges, recommend suitable solutions from our product portfolio under the guidance of senior team members, and translate customer feedback into input for future product development

• Participate in industry exhibitions, technical workshops and customer events to support technical communication

Requirements:

• Recent graduate student with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Engineering or related technical discipline

• First touch points and passion for renewable energies including but not limited to utility-scale solar, PV, BESS will be an advantage

• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on defined tasks and effectively collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams

Language requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (C1-C2 level) is mandatory
