Your responsibilities

• Development and target group-oriented communication of Uniper's Equity Story
• Responsibility for communication with relevant capital market participants (e.g. buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional investors) with the aim of promoting transparency and adequate expectations regarding business development and strategy
• Providing "Outside-In" analyses, including Peer-Benchmarks, for Uniper's decision-makers
• Participation in internal decision-making processes and projects (e.g. in the areas of strategy and financial reporting)
• Preparation of capital market presentations and speeches for the board
• Preparation and realisation of capital market events with the board, such as analyst calls, international roadshows, capital markets days, and deep dives

Your profile

• Master's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable university degree with a background in economics
• At least three years of professional experience in investor relations, strategy or a comparable function (controlling/finance/accounting) in a listed company
• High interest in and good knowledge of capital markets; good knowledge of corporate valuation and financial reporting (multiples, DCF, P&L analysis, cash flow, etc.)
• Ability to work and present effectively across internal corporate interfaces and hierarchy levels
• Sound knowledge of the energy sector and/or ESG topics as well as a high willingness to learn
• Creativity in translating strategic, financial, and operational facts into capital market-oriented messages and presentations
• Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent English skills
• A sense of humor
• Communication and presentation skills, confident external appearance, as well as persuasiveness, commitment, and enthusiasm
• Willingness to travel for business (roadshows, conferences, etc.)
