Sushi Chef / Asian Chef (m/f/d)
- Supporting food production on match days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and Olympiapark and all other locations
- Production according to the specified recipes in the hot and cold kitchen around Munich
- Organization of your own work area in our large kitchens, but also restaurants and banquet areas
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of all dishes, both VIP and public
- Implementation of and compliance with the high quality standards
- Compliance with the HAACP specifications
- Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean
Qualifications
- Desire and enjoyment of cooking with a very high quality, freshly cooked product
- Multiple years of professional experience in gastronomy, catering or banquet service
- Training as a chef, chef - alternatively experience as a chef de partie, chef and/or in large kitchens, catering companies and event kitchens
- High quality awareness and focus on quality
- Responsible, independent way of working
- Excellent social skills and ability to work in a team
- Commitment and flexibility
