Account Manager (2D Print + POSM), Düsseldorf

Purpose of the jobOur Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.The areas of spend under management with this Pharmaceutical client are 2D Print and Temporary + Permanent Point of Sale Materials (POSM) solutions.This role operates on a blended basis between client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. The client is based in Düsseldorf, and you need to be able to readily access that location.Please submit your resume / application in English. Failure to do this will mean your details will not be reviewed.Key responsibilitiesTake briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possibleOffer technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer serviceMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offeringDeliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate recordsProvide services that meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policiesProactively identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving organic growth through strategic client engagement and value-based sellingKnowledge, skills + experienceClient service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIsExperience in the service lines / product areas outlined above (2D Print + POSM)Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skillsProject Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business developmentExperience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measuresExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniorityStrong German and English language skills, written and verbalEssential criteriaClient service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIsExperience in 2D Print + POSMStrong German and English language skills, written and verbalWilling to travel to the client site in Dusseldorf when necessary#LI-EL1#LI-HybridPayTypeSalaryEmploymentIndicatorRegular
