What you´ll do

• Shape and evolve Henkel’s global Employer Reputation social media strategy
• Translate trends into high-impact initiatives
• Lead global content planning and activation end-to-end
• Ensure best-in-class quality through clear governance
• Steer creative and media agencies to drive performance
• Lead global campaigns and content productions
• Drive co-creation with regions and lead Employee Ambassadorship
• Own KPIs, analytics, and global budget steering

What makes you a good fit

• 2–4 years in social media, employer branding, or digital marketing
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Proven ability to turn trends into impactful content
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, ownership-driven
