For more information, visit [oliverwyman.com]( or follow us on [LinkedIn]( and [X]( _Please Note: Oliver Wyman/Marsh operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the office at least 60% of the time._ **About the role:** Reporting to the Head of Recruiting, Europe, you will be a part of the overall recruiting strategy across Europe, with a focus on the DACH market, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved while addressing hiring for recruiting experienced consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool. **What you will be doing...** Planning and strategy setting – Own the execution of the regional recruiting strategy for CEU and Switzerland: * **Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:** Develop and implement strategies for attracting and hiring top talent, including partner-level candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * **Executive Search Expertise:** Utilize advanced executive search techniques to identify and engage senior-level candidates. Maintain a personal network of high-caliber professionals for sourcing and market intelligence. * **Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights into industry trends and competitive positioning. * **Expert in Recruiting practices**: extensive knowledge of local recruiting best practices, ensuring comprehension of German market labor laws and compliance to this & effects for the business * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with key stakeholders, including recruiting partners, and regional heads, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Act as the primary contact for local leadership and practice leads, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * **Sourcing Strategies:** Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach to potential candidates. Leverage various sourcing channels to enhance candidate pipelines and diversify talent acquisition efforts. * **Mentorship & Development**: Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to junior recruiting team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Assist in analyzing recruitment results and implementing best practices in executive search. * **Project Management:** Lead special projects related to recruiting and human capital initiatives, within Europe, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * **Employee Engagement & Onboarding**: Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization. **This role will suit someone with**: * **Experience:** Around 8 –10+ years of end-to-end experienced hire /partner recruiting experience, ideally gained within the professional services or management consulting * **Stakeholder management:** You’ll be able to navigate complex stakeholders and matrix.
