Analyst Capital Markets & Institutional Investors (m/f/d)

Your new team:

As Analyst Capital Markets & Institutional Investors (m/f/d), you will join auxmoney’s Funding & Capital Markets team and work at the center of how we finance growth. If you’re fascinated by financing topics, analytical work, and large-scale strategic projects, this role is for you.

You will support senior team members in interactions with top management, cross functional stakeholders across auxmoney, and key external partners such as investment banks, investment managers, investors, and consulting firms. You will help turn analyses into decisions and decisions into execution.

What you can expect:

• Funding strategy and investor communication: You support the development and execution of auxmoney’s funding strategy and contribute to critical projects and investor materials.
• Capital markets transactions: You are part of the deal team preparing and supporting public and private funding and capital markets transactions together with external partners such as investment banks, lawyers, advisors, rating agencies, and investors.
• Strategic funding projects: You support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including institutional investors such as pension funds, hedge funds, and insurance companies.
• Commercial analysis and financial models: You analyze transaction economics and maintain financial models, contributing to their ongoing development and improvement.
• Cash flow and liquidity management: You support daily and monthly cash flow and liquidity management, analysis, and communication with our team in Ireland.
• Due diligences and audits: You assist in the preparation and execution of investor due diligences and audit requests, including organizing on site appointments and workshops.
• Operational excellence with partners: You handle administrative tasks such as KYC processes, regular reporting, and third-party onboardings to ensure smooth operations with partners and investors.
• Cross functional collaboration: You work closely with internal teams such as Product, Technology, Risk, and Sales and gain exposure to the full value chain of the auxmoney platform.

Your profile

• Drive and mindset: You are motivated, results oriented, curious, and eager to learn. You bring a strong work ethic and clear communication skills.
• Education: You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field.
• First relevant experience: You have first professional experience (for example internships or working student roles) in investment banking, asset management, consulting, or similar roles in the financial sector or at a startup, or you are a recent graduate with strong academic credentials.
• Analytical skills: You are comfortable working with large datasets and can translate numbers into clear insights.
• Tools: You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience building or working with financial models is a plus.
• Quality and reliability: You pay attention to detail and work to high quality standards.
• Way of working: You are a self-starter and a team player who feels comfortable in a fast and dynamic environment.
• Language: You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
