Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business department/country OF management:
  

• Supervisor management: supervise sell-out target, recruitment, appraisal, incentive, promotion, etc. enhance supervisor team’s sense of belonging.
  

• Sales advisor management: sales advisor sell-out target, recruitment, appraisal, incentive, etc. ROI management, and SO management.
  

• Manpower agency management: Under national regulations conditions, the supplier is fully coordinated with the supervisor and sales advisors team.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  

• 5 years of well-known branding store management experience
  

• 3C electronic Industry experience is a priority.
  

• Good communication and coordination with team management competence.
  

• Accept cross-country travel.
  

• Good office software (PPT, EXCEL), IT system usage and data analysis competence.
  

• Superb communication and collaboration capabilities.
  

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  

• Fluent in English
