Position:

Join our strategic project in North-West Germany, part of a major national initiative to expand Germany’s hydrogen network and accelerate the transition to low-carbon industrial energy. We’re looking for a Planner for an immediate start near Düsseldorf. The role will play a key part in ensuring accurate planning, progress tracking and schedule governance across all phases of the project.

The role requires daily presence on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Project Baseline, including Schedule Basis narrative, Critical Path Analysis, Progress S‑Curves and Histograms.
• Set up the Progress Measurement System for all applicable project phases.
• Monitor and control Project Schedule and Progress, provide current status update and analysis to relevant stakeholders (i.e., Project Management Team and Client).
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports including all supporting documentation.
• Monitoring and updating Construction Man Hours Database.
• Prepare quantity, productivity and efficiency analysis with the support of Quantity Surveyor and Construction Supervisors.
• Support the Quantity Surveyor in the review of Progress report of subcontractors.
  

Requirements:

• Educational background in Engineering or related fields
• 3-5 years of previous experience in Project Planning or similar roles.
• English professional working proficiency
• German B1 level or higher
• Knowledge and mastery of Planning Tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Immediate availability.
