Your responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people and team‑related development topics
• Conduct organizational and team diagnostics and translate insights into meaningful development actions
• Facilitate leadership trainings and team development sessions and support leaders in improving team collaboration and ways of working
• Promote New Ways of Working through agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Design Thinking principles
• Co‑develop and maintain the Job Architecture, including the Job Catalog and role frameworks
• Partner with other COEs and HR Managers to ensure alignment on initiatives

What you bring

• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or organizational design roles in international settings
• Experience facilitating trainings with senior leaders and teams in dynamic, international environments
• Proven experience with Job Architecture and structural frameworks
• Strong expertise in organizational development, team development, cultural development, and role frameworks
• Skilled in agile practices and Design Thinking, applied in people‑centered development contexts
• Systemic coaching capabilities with strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to derive insights from organizational and team observations and translate them into meaningful actions
• High level of empathy, professional maturity, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Certifications in agile methods, Design Thinking, or systemic coaching are beneficial
• Fluent in Business English
