As a Marketing Media Manager, your responsibility will encompass strategic media buying, campaign optimization, budget management, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis. Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and implementation of the regional media strategy, including media partnerships, planning, placement, analysis and optimisation (e.g. media partnerships across TV, print, OOH, radio, podcasts and other touchpoints in close collaboration with regional media agencies and media groups). Developing and executing comprehensive 360 media buy strategies (online and offline) across multiple European markets to drive brand awareness, brand consideration, and revenue growth. Providing support to regional teams in achieving sales, brand and communications goals Providing training and knowledge building of regional colleagues Preparation of regular reports, including recommendations for action to continuously optimise media activities Controlling of the regional media agency and creation of agency briefings Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project execution.
