This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Commercial Planner (m/f/d)!

As a Commercial Planner North West Europe (BeLux, NL, and Germany), you are responsible for revenue, inventory, and markdown planning and contribute to the implementation of the merchandise planning strategy in the NWE market. You carry out planning-related tasks for the in-store assortment by collaborating with the Category Planning & Allocation counterpart in the EU and propose reactive measures to achieve category targets.

Your responsibilities

• Steering product assortment and pricing strategies for the BeLux, Dutch, and German markets to align with consumer needs and commercial objectives
• Executing markdowns: implementing price adjustments within budget and timelines
• Preparing sale phases: providing advice for the successful execution of sales campaigns
• Identifying overstocks and shortages and recommending corrective actions
• Analyzing revenue risks and opportunities in collaboration with category partners to achieve seasonal targets
• Supporting colleagues and Market Analysts in strengthening commercial insight and analytical capabilities
• Driving innovation and improvement in processes and ways of working
• Sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to create a positive impact across the broader organization

What you bring

• At least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a similar role
• Knowledge of and affinity with the fashion retail sector
• Fluent in English, and it would be beneficial if you also speak German, Dutch, or French
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Commercial sense
• Autonomy, independence, and time management skills
