This opportunity is ideal for Dutch speakers already living in Greece as well as candidates looking to relocate to Greece . After the initial onsite period, the role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Greece, subject to the applicable remote-work requirements. This role is remote only in Greece and working from another country is not possible.

About the Role

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will provide professional customer support in Dutch and English , helping customers with their questions, requests and issues.

You will work as part of an international Customer Support team, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English .
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with an international and multicultural team.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience across every interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Dutch (C1/C2) .
• Fluent English .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work onsite in Athens initially and subsequently transition to a remote work model from Greece .

Relocation Support – Move to Greece

• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the workplace
• Up to €300 gross flight/relocation reimbursement with the first salary payment
• Assistance with employment documentation and administrative procedures
• Accommodation support during the training period may be available for eligible candidates

Working Schedule

• Full-time position Monday to Sunday with rotational shifts
• Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00 (5day/week, 8 hours/Day)
• Weekend work may be required depending on the assigned schedule.

Remote Work – Greece

This is a remote work opportunity based in Greece after the initial onsite period.

Candidates relocating from abroad are required to work onsite for the first 3 months . Candidates who already have permanent accommodation in Greece and a suitable internet connection may be considered for an exception.

After the initial onsite period, eligible candidates can transition to remote work from their location in Greece .

Candidates living outside Athens may also receive accommodation during the training period before transitioning to remote work.

Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens at least 7 days before their start date to complete the required hiring and onboarding process.
