**Desiderable Skills/Attitude** * Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational company * Passionate for Project Management * Previous work experience with EPCI projects * Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar related Degrees * Fluency in English and German (as a plus) * Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skills * Experience gained at working sites * Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations will be considered as a plus * Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team * Effective leadership and communications skills, projecting competence and credibility * Structured and methodical, detailed conscious planner * Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms * Preferably a member of the Association for Project Management, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMI equivalent or PPM accredited * Availability to travel frequently *Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
