Regional Marketing Manager, DIY Home Energy Storage - Benelux

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our DIY Home Energy Storage business across the Benelux region.

The role focuses on developing and executing regional marketing strategies for plug-and-play balcony solar and home energy storage products. You will work closely with Sales, Product Commercialization, Product Management, Retail, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness, support product launches, and accelerate commercial growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans for DIY home energy storage products across the Benelux region
• Adapt global brand and product strategies to local market needs
• Plan and support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations
• Work closely with Sales and PCT teams to support regional revenue and market-share growth
• Develop localized marketing materials, product messaging, sales tools, and partner content
• Coordinate campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, social media, events, and partner channels
• Support distributors, retailers, installers, and other commercial partners with regional marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities
• Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and external service providers
• Collect market and partner feedback and share relevant insights with Product and headquarters teams
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
• Prepare regular campaign reviews, marketing reports, and regional business updates

Requirements

• Professional experience in regional marketing, product marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, or integrated marketing
• Experience in home energy storage, balcony solar systems, photovoltaic products, batteries, consumer electronics, smart home products, or related industries is preferred
• Good understanding of the Benelux consumer, retail, and e-commerce market
• Experience in product launches, promotional campaigns, and partner marketing
• Strong project-management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and budget management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English
• Dutch language skills are strongly preferred; French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel across the Benelux region
• Independent, structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style
