E-Bike Cleaner

Upway is a fast growing startup building the largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes globally. We have refurbished over 50,000 e-bikes in just three years and are growing fast! Upway's mission is to make e-mobility accessible to a wide range of people. Our goal is to build the largest and highest quality e-bike range by sourcing and reconditioning the best e-bikes.

We are now looking for an E-Bike Cleaner, that is managing the cleaning area full time with the support of other collegues as well. You will be the main point of contact for this part of the refurbishment process and take full ownership too. With the support of your collegues you manage to clean more than 50 Bikes on a daily basis and you’ll play a key role in making sure our e-bike fleet is spotless and ready to ride — helping us deliver quality and care to every customer.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• Clean e-bikes thoroughly using pressure washers and cleaning products
• Remove dirt, grease, and dust from frames, wheels, chains, and components
• Visually check each bike to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with mechanics, logistics, and operations teams to manage workflow
• Communicate clearly about completed bikes and any concerns

Quality Standards:

• Ensure each e-bike meets company cleanliness standards before it moves to the next stage
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently

Qualifikation

What You Bring:

• Experience in cleaning, workshops, or logistics is a plus – but not required
• A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
• Willingness to wear practical work clothing
