Internship Organizational Effectiveness & Workforce Analytics

What you´ll do

• Support the Global Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Analytics team with their projects and initiatives
• Take an active role in managing Henkel Global Job Architecture by maintaining its database and ensuring data accuracy
• Assist in analyzing data, making logical connections and creating visual data representations
• Work in an agile project set-up, being part of a project conceptualization, testing and implementing
• Support in communication and change management strategies associated with projects implementations and go-live
• Be part of a multinational team, working in a dynamic and challenging environment

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters in Business or IT related degree
• High interest and first hand experience in data analysis
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools, with excellent Excel proficiency
• Profound communication skills, growth mindset and high sense of ownership
• Great team spirit, proactivity, and can-do attitude
• Availability as of now for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
