Junior Manager Innovation Excellence (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Take the lead on selected projects in the field of innovation strategy - ranging from exploring new business opportunities to supporting global portfolio steering and process improvements
• Prepare regular reports on innovation activities and portfolio performance, and share insights and recommendations with key stakeholders
• Drive innovation excellence by developing and communicating best practices, tools, and success stories across the organization
• Facilitate innovation workshops, roundtables and portfolio reviews to foster internal knowledge flow
• Ensure smooth coordination and alignment across innovation, strategy, and sales teams to support efficient project execution and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Act as an internal ambassador for innovation - encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and new ways of thinking throughout the organization

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years relevant experience in project management, innovation strategy or a related area
• A proactive, idea-driven mindset with a strong interest in innovation and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to navigating complexity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
