Manager Sustainability (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Drive development and implementation of Industrials Sustainability strategy in selected markets jointly with the commercial teams and other functions to drive new business opportunities
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects on sustainability topics, such as debonding and reducing emissions from raw materials
• Drive internal decisions on sustainability impact of existing portfolio and new innovation opportunities
• Lead customer engagement by working with customer-facing teams to identify new collaboration opportunities
• Represent Adhesives Industrials Sustainability team at customer events and conferences

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in business/strategy, sustainability, engineering, or a related subject
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at the interface of business and sustainability
• Technical affinity and knowledge of different sustainability topics relevant for industrial B2B markets
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across different management levels
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
