Senior Specialist Application Engineering EU (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• support and technically steer defined regional Customers / Regions within SBU APP- AE / Flexible Packaging & Paper Converting
• customer training / consultations to customers mainly in Europe
• implement new products & processes at customers mainly in Europe (technical service) and conduct thorough product testing and evaluations, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and client specifications
• create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including manuals and guidelines for product installation and usage
• provide technical help to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to product implementation, functionality, or performance
• provide expert training programs to our sales and distribution partners and to ensure new products and applications are selected and used whenever appropriate

What makes you a good fit

• Graduate Engineer, experienced assistant Chemist
• 5 years of experience in technical customer service, product development or similar responsibilities
• Good networking and communication skills combined with business acumen and understanding for customers needs
• Willingness to travel (approx. 60 days)
• Fluent in German and English
