Your responsibilities

• Support for client-specific tasks in day-to-day operations / Preparation of contract-related documents
• Operational tasks related to day-to-day business
• Entry and processing of contract-related data into sales IT systems
• Management and maintenance of the contract portfolio
• Research on legal issues
• Collaboration on sales projects / Taking on independent projects

Your profile

• You are a currently enrolled student majoring in economics, law, business law, or a comparable field of study
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Solution-oriented use of artificial intelligence tools
• Willingness to proactively propose solutions during project-based work
• Good German and English language skills
• Enjoy working with legal topics
• Enjoy working with sales-related topics
• Interest in IT processes
• You are characterized by reliability, commitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
• Some practical experience is desirable
• Very important: Sales is a people business—we expect you to integrate into a team with strong communication skills
