Internship Employee Engagement & Culture

What you´ll do

• As part of the Employee Engagement and Culture Communications team, you will be responsible for further developing internal employee touchpoints with a focus on our company’s culture
• Measure and evaluate our global initiatives and internal campaigns, supporting the team with our KPI-based reports and driving further progress in this field
• Create engaging content for various channels, including our own news portal and our internal social media platform
• Support a project on the longstanding history of Henkel on an organizational and operational level

What makes you a good fit

• University student with a focus on communications or journalism or studies related to business or politics
• First experiences in the field of communications, journalism or marketing
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
• Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
• Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
