Job Title: BESS Solution Manager

Job Location: Dusseldorf or The Hague

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and developing energy storage solutions in various scenarios, and regularly make market insights
• Analyse the application scenarios and business models of energy storage technologies.
• Deeply participating in the solution design of utility BESS projects, establish dialogues with customers' technical executives, and support successful market expansion.
• Participating in activities such as industry exhibitions, summit and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate Huawei's professional image.
• Understanding the mainstream energy storage technical solutions, understanding customer pain points, give feedback to R&D and guiding future product design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields.
• At least two years of full-time working experience in energy storage business.
• Have a basic understanding of the main application modes of the ESS in various scenarios, especially the business model, scenario features, and product solution requirements of the PV+ESS scenario.
• Be familiar with ESS project design principles and specifications. Be able to design ESS solutions. familiar with the core components of the ESS, such as batteries, PCS, and control systems.
• Be familiar with the main architectures of the large-scale energy storage system and off-grid system, and the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions.
• Fluent in English and other European language skills is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to travel around the world and adapt to international working environments.
